Asian and Americans look at the world in a quite different way. They have different perceptions onwards the values of life, culture and differing practices. Asians live in a more complex social relation of the world than Americans who are more individualistic in their approach towards their life. In Chinese culture, the "coordination" is very important; while in Western culture, it is important to get things done, with little concern for the people around.
