The study is related to the survey which is conducted in context of team evaluation. The survey is based on different components that include creative process and work design approach, connection, communication tools and creativity techniques and software tools, norms and protocols and continual assessment and learning.
In the survey, in relation to creative process and work design approach, it is asked from the participants that how effective they think their team's current overall creative progress is in leading to promising creative results, from which it is found that most of the participants that is 83.33% believe that the current overall creative progress of team is effective; however, rest of the participants believe that it is very effective. Moreover, in the view of all the participants it is observed that the team's current method of generating ideas is in leading to promising creative results. Besides it, it is also found that the in the view of 16.6% of the participants, the team's current method of developing ideas into workable products is in leading to promising creative results is very effective; however, it is observed that rest of the participants believe it is effective. In the view of all the participants it is observed that the current procedure for finalizing and brining a project to a close is in leading to promising creative results, and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of completed project are effective. Furthermore, assigning portions of the work to team members is highly effective in the view of 83% of the participants and 16.6% neutral. However, in the view of few team members, the current leadership structure is inappropriate, conversely, most of the team members believe that it is appropriate.
Besides it, it is found that 66% of the team members are dedicated towards the work. ...
