Introduction

The student teacher relationship is of great importance for children. As they spend almost 6 to 7 hours a day with their teacher. Everyone has gone through schooling days. If there is no respect, good communication and positive attitude in any relation it will not exist for a longer period of time. Student and teacher both face difficulty in dealing, understanding and in convincing each other. The major responsibility of teacher is to provide quality education and the responsibility of a student is to keep on learning.

Discussion

One of the most important tasks in teaching is the classroom activities, which are used to bring creativity in the students and it helps in gaining the attention and excitement from the students. The activities are designed in such a way that the purpose of learning is achieved. Different group tasks, assignments and projects are designed by teachers to bring team spirit and a sense of attachment with one another. There are many interesting things found among teachers and students. I personally think that the teacher and student relation is one of the most unforgettable relations. When students are assigned tasks in a group it is not an easy thing for them to manage or divide their workload among them especially in school days. At that time, the role of teacher comes forth; he/she will properly guide them on how to divide the task into smaller goals among the group. This helps the students in doing their work according to the requirements and within the deadline (Pettit, 2006, pp.70).

When it comes to present any particular assigned task, the teacher asks the class that who is going to volunteer in presenting his/her group work first? At that time one can observe that there will be some students who will be eagerly looking for this opportunity to present their task first but at the same time there will be many students who would be getting afraid of coming and presenting their work. In classes teachers can observe that in their class there are some students who have great command over English language even if it's not their mother tongue but due to their interest in it. On the other hand if the class holds multicultural students then there will be students who would hesitate in the beginning to come forth for any presentation.
