In this paper, I would like to share my personal experience of working as a special education teacher at a local school setting. One of the most important issue that I faced during my tenure as a teacher was that of inclusion of special needs students in the classroom. Students with disabilities are increasingly being integrated in general education classrooms, where general educators are responsible for providing services to meet individual students' needs.
