The interview process overall had been a very much interacting program and there were many things that were personally felt and learned which I would like to mention so that I could be able to share what I've learned and felt myself. Basically according to me the students were not normal in their activities. These students require extensive support that could be the one major life activity for them in order to enjoy the quality of life (Lerner, 2000).

In defining the disorders in terms of education we can say that it is the learning disorder or maybe learning difficulty in which several disorders combine by which a student has difficulty in learning due to unknown factors. These disorder factors directly affect the brain's capability to process information or to receive the information in a typical manner. This usually happens when they are trying to learn they cannot grasp the information like a normal person they find it difficult and there brain does not particularly perform accordingly. The process of communication of brain is not accurate as they receive not the proper information then the integration of their brain is much more slower and cannot identify the right thing, whereas the output is entirely different from what it was perceived or read. This is what I've also felt in the children and during the interview it was mainly focused by the teachers as well that the learning part is the most important and problematic one (Lerner, 2000).

During the interview, the teachers defined the needs of these students as the things that they can't do. Teachers identified these needs as the medical facilitates, giving them the right values and respect and treating them fairly with care is what they require mainly. In my interview it was told that the needs are defined as the assistance given in the clinical and medical diagnostic to the special children. The education need is fulfilled which is the main need of these students and which is being fulfilled at the level best by the teachers. The learning and grooming is mainly the target of the teachers in assisting their students (Patti, 2005).

People who are suffering from the multiple disorders have different characteristics based on how they react, and it depends on the mixture and severity of disabilities, or mainly the person's age. Following are the traits that are found: (Patti, 2005).

Language, speech or communication difference

Are not fit in basic body movement

They mainly show the tendency of forgetting things

Cannot implement skills on the required situation due to less ability of the brain

Cannot independently survive.

Retention rate is poor

Self-stimulation

Dependent on people to show direction or even the basic guidance.

The Interview with the teachers was just about knowing them but the things what I've personally observed myself were the poor communication. These students cannot identify what's right and what's wrong.
