Stress is psychological response that takes place an event threatens a person of upsets his balance. When danger is sensed, the body tries to defend itself by taking swift decisions to fight the issue to stay away from it. These dangers may be real or imaginary; thus, stress does not always relate to events that have occurred or will occur but also result from the thoughts of man.

Stress is a way by which the body protects itself. During stress, it is necessary to stay active and focused in order to cope with the changes witnessed by the body.
