Hospitality industry ensures that the country earns in such a manner which will help the people in understanding as to how the industry works for the betterment of the organization. Furthermore, it should also be made sure by the government that the right steps and measures are implemented for the betterment of the industry and it should plan as to how operations should be carried out in the industry.

For this, the management should be able to formulate strategies that will help the employees in staying with the company. This can be done by providing the employees with the benefits and by helping them to plan their retirement by making use of the retirement plans offered by the company.

In addition to this, it should also be made sure that the right ways of adopting the retention strategies are practiced by the company.
