Strategic Plan of ABC American School

Introduction

ABC American School is a school for both boys and girls in Houston. The school will be established by the year 2013. The ownership lies in the name of two Partners. This school is aimed to provide education to the young generation of U.S. as a response to social inequalities of the present. Each and every conduct of the school will be according to the policies and values designed to serve the society (Bamford & West, 2009).

We believe in call to action and the pursuit of excellence. When the world has altered, and the economy is facing numerous crises, this plan will provide the precise and clear direction to back the wonderful academic achievement of the students of United States. ABC American School will assess the performance every year and adjust the strategies accordingly, to make sure that each student has the opportunity to thrive. ABC American School is working hard to establish a schooling system where academic achievement is not predictable on the basis of racism, socioeconomic status, language, gender and ethnicity.

Our mission is to educate the young generation of U.S. in a way that our students are empowered to be Men for others.

Philosophy

ABC American School will contribute to develop the young generation through education and foster their establishment in the community.
