Introduction

A stock market is primarily a place, which can be considered as a virtual exchange of derivatives and securities. This market is used by the companies for raising finances by selling securities to the general investors. This place is called virtual because no physical transfers of securities are taking place, but it is all happening virtually (By, 1998, Pp 35 -56). This market brings different forms of traders from small individual investor to a large hedge fund company.
