Histogram of HPI
From the above histogram we can determine that the distribution of the HPI index is normally distributed because the data almost lies within the 95% confidence interval. The middle values are fairly dense in this data which is the most important property of a normally distributed data.
Histogram of HDI
The histogram analysis of HDI index also shows the data is normally distributed with majority of the values lies in the center of the distribution. Further, it also follows a 95% confidence interval.

The mean statistics obtained from the above analysis shows for HDI that on average, the people in the whole world are 72.6% developed. Though some countries may be highly developed like USA and Australia but the overall mean would certainly be low because less developed countries are included in HDI analysis. Similarly, an average of a rank 42.23 has been assigned to the world's happiness which includes life expectancy etc. One thing should be noted in HPI that smaller the index for HPI, higher the happiness measure of the respective country.
The measure of dispersion i.e. standard deviation is also fairly significant i.e. 0.12 deviation is observed from the mean 0.726 which shows that majority of the countries have their HDI around 0.6 - 0.85. Cumulative frequency distribution Curve
From the above cumulative frequency curves, it ...
