Statement of Intent

After completing the basic, undergraduate resrecah at the University of Toronto, I would like to investigate different levels of success of multiculturalism as an official public policy at Western liberal democracies. Within the research area mentioned, I conducted a comparative analysis of multicultural public policies between Canada and the United Kingdom, and initially argued that a combination of the histories of the two constitutional monarchies are responsible for embracing multiculturalism as an official policy in the former country, and its rejection in the latter.
