The most trendy and contemporary food genre prevailing particularly in UK is fast food nonetheless so we have decided to launch a fast food restaurant to exploit the business scope of this stabilized industry. Our fast food restaurant will be registered as a private limited company with the name of “Tantalizer”. For executing the contemplated idea, extensive market research and preparation is mandatory for ensuring the success of business. So to successfully materialize our idea we will plan and prepare from the scratch to ensure the effective outcomes in the long run.

Objectives

The most fundamental thing to be done before launching a new business is to set your objectives (Wong et.al, 2012, pp. 8). Our main objectives are:

To become a competitive and leading fast food chain serving fresh, scrumptious and hygienic food.

To obtain a major market share in England's fast food industry by the end of fiscal year 2013.

To expand food chain throughout the major cities of England to maximize our revenue significantly along with expanding the sphere of services and edibles in the outlet.

The location

The fast food industry in Manchester is an attractive arena for new business entrepreneurs so our ultimate location for executing the services will be Manchester. According to a survey conducted by global real estate adviser Cushman & Wakefield, Manchester is the second best and successful location for a business after London because of its living standard, availability of quality manpower, ample market structure, economic price strategies for land and healthy environment and sufficient transport and communication resources(2012). As a new business entrepreneur we have to select a location with least number of fast food outlets to attain consumer attraction as a new name. So the best location is along Candia Road near kalwall Corporation. Secondly the location will also be discernible to the traffic moving on Proctor Road. The volume of traffic is intensely rich on Candia Road which will offer a great opportunity to get noticed by plenty of consumers. The Fraser et.al (2010) reported that policies for the land on Candia Road are flexible for the new entrepreneurs as compared to the other busy roads of Manchester in terms of documentation and lease expenses (pp. 2295).

Access

The more accessible our outlet and products would be, more successful our business would be. Our customers would have substantial access to our eating manoeuvre quite easily because of its location in a highly commercial area.
