Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to select a case study, and develop a project plan. According to Allen (2000) a Project is a discrete package of investment or endeavor, policy measures and institutional and other activities designed to achieve an objective or set of objectives within a designated period and involving the commitment of resources.
