Introduction

Socialization is a method of social interaction and connection in which people comes to learn and internalize the heritage of their society or assembly. The general method of acquiring heritage is mentioned to as socialization.

Agents of Socialization

Specific sites or assemblies carry out socialization. These are called agencies of socialization. Similar to the concept of an enterprise agency or insurance agency, they comprise and proceed on the behalf of the larger society. Socialization can happen out-of-doors of these agencies but humanity relies on these agents doing most of the socialization (Pearlin, 1966).
