What are the needs and goals to be met?The goals of TANF are to provide temporary financial assistance to the needy families, so that children are taken care of their homes, to encourage the maintenance as well as the formation of two parent families and to promote job preparation, marriage and work so that dependency of needy parents is reduced.

B. What is the form of benefit that the program produces?TANF gives financial assistance for all expenses such as food, shelter, utilities and other expenses other expect for medical expense
