This paper describes the structure of English Government and their process of formation of their policies and laws. Briefly, in United Kingdom policies are built in parliament. These policies primarily address issues that relate human welfare and wellbeing of people. Individual groups in societies which do not have equivalent social status or equal social circles come under the definition of social inequalities. With various governmental policies the trends of child labour and child poverty are minimizing in the state. Moreover, these governmental efforts promote educational facilities for every child in the society. Government policies aim to fulfil the objective of inequality and poverty simultaneously. By horizontal equity, the policies are related to the guideline for tax and benefit policies. Another fundamental policy by the government is related to the benefits insured to public by the tax and benefit systems. The progressive tax benefit system allows taxation leverage to the lower income groups by proportionally distributing tax bands upon higher and lower income levels. Apart from economic inequality, government also focuses on the social issues that are essential to address. This includes some sensitive issues such teenage pregnancy and campaigns related to mental health.

Structure of English Government
The parliamentary system of the United Kingdom is a constitutional monarch of democracy. Head of the state is a king or queen with a prime minister leading legal affairs of the country. The constitution of United Kingdom posse's variable rules which changes with time and governments. Therefore, this state has no single written formal constitution. The British government is formed from various sources that include the international territories, case laws by judges and the statute law. Moreover, there are various unwritten sources which are part of the parliamentary conventions and kingly prerogatives.
The legal system on the other hand, is based on the common law with various origins from Roman laws. These laws are influenced by the Anglo- Saxon considerations. Individual elected precedents are followed by interprets of judiciary statutes. The primary legislation that is related to the statutory act of the parliament and subordinate legislation consist of statutory instruments. These regulations are made by parliament. Judicial decision is immensely important and valuable in the construing legislation of United Kingdom (Hadler, 2005, pp.131).
