Introduction

In the times of today, not only are the societies and the people living in it are changing with the passage of time have changed. Although there are traditional practices and customs that have changed the focus of individuals in the long-run, but conversely, in the fast-paced where we reside, people have a hard time dealing with the changes and the challenges that are now associated with the many problems that have been experienced over the passage of time.

Social norms are defined as standards and benchmark on account of which people and individuals, belonging to the same society and community, are invested and embedded in the midst of creating and establishing the best and the most effective outcomes altogether in the long-run.

Not only is the society today in the phase of transition, but also with the changing times ahead, people are also molding to the current requirements and the ways in which the deal with people in what lies ahead. People technically have forgotten the basics of how things work out in the midst of creating a strong and important impression, but also continue to adopting ways that limit the paradigm of development in the future (Bicchieri, 2006).

These days, not only are companies and organizations making way for progress and establishment in the area of communication, but are also contributing their efforts in order to further improve their capacity and their creation in the midst of establishing a better outcome, which would not only add to the development of their intrinsic and extrinsic personalities in the long-run.
