1.1Explain the roles of different agencies in identifying levels of health and disease in communities

The activities of health and social care are difficult to identify on the community level. The local health concerns adopted the health concerns on the community level. The community health intervention focuses on the positive health rather than the prevention of illnesses. There are factors that effect the health of the people it includes unemployment, crime and poor education standards are can have impact on health but it has an indirect impact on the individual (Hills, 2004, pp. 8). The local authorities had given the responsibility to handle the healthcare issues that arise between the state and the department of health. They had identified the Local authorities improve the public health relating factors. The state has the duty to care and give health problems of the citizens. Local authorities while identifying health and disease population works on the population focus, they have the ability to shape services to meet the local needs, and identify the determinants of health (Department of Health, 2011, pp. 1).

Above chart identifies the health and social care needs on community level as identified db by World Health Organization. The global disease procedures incorporated by World Health Organization in the strengthening of national public health and information system. World Health Organization has developed and identified the ways for HIV/Aids on border health determinants and health promotion strategies. The World Health Organization has recognized that poor countries require the benefits and cooperation regarding the health and diseases. The international health problems externalities and inequalities that addressed the health issues required an efficient solution to the health problems. There are different roles in global functioning related to health by international health sectors. The sound global health includes the risk of diseases, human rights instruments, investigations of essential health problems by using the norms and standards (Ruger, 2009, pp. 1-6).

The World Health Organization played an important role in identifying the diseases in global governance of health sector. In the promotion of health, it used to identifying diseases all over the world the World Health Organization plays a significant role in identifying the disease from which patient are suffering. The distribution of health depends upon the global health system of multilateral strength. The World Health Organization has developed the human rights as the international instruments are catering the leadership of international code of marketing breast milk. World Health Organization plays an important role in epidemiological and statistical services in identifying the diseases. The cases of deaths and the identification of diseases played an important role on the part of World Health Organization. It is dealing with health and disease throughout the world as it helps the countries in developing health information system to provide health and disease problems (Ruger, 2009, pp. 1-6).
