Introduction

People have a widespread tendency to favor their own cluster over another and this tendency also known as ethnocentrism. This essay provides a situational analysis and discusses how team leader deals with the dilemma of ethnocentrism within the workplace. Shahid and Harpeet belong to different ethnic and religious groups and find it difficult to get along with each other, as well as have been complaining and bickering about one another. Consequently, this situation started distracting the rest of the team and lead to delays in the project.
