Introduction

DreamWorks Company is mainly associated with the functioning of developing, distributing and producing the films, television programming and video games. DreamWorks is American film studio which is officially known as DW II Distribution Co. LLC. The company has been engaged in the production and distribution of more than ten films. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the situational analysis of DreamWorks Studios by using the Michael Porter's Five Forces Model. The Five Forces Model is a helpful model in understanding an industry's structure.
