The killing of an unborn child can never be justified since it is inherently wrong. There is absolutely no difference between the killing of an unborn child to avoid difficulties and the killing of a toddler for the same reason. Since the unborn child cannot be seen, it is thought that it can be ignored. However, murder is indistinguishable no matter whether the child is born or unborn.
