The fundamental and core values of an organization always be well practiced and reinforced, just because of good ethical environment. Good ethical environment may intact the all people in the organization that may include employees, leaders, and the stakeholders. Leader posses with heavily responsibility to reinforced and practiced the processes of well mannered ethical environment and accomplishing all the challenges of ethics in the workplace. Therefore, leader should have understanding of the whole issues regarding legal, business, and value. There are numerous ethical issues and situations that the workplace always facing and these all should be stopped or prevented so that the work place may become best place for the employees, in order to work with ease and calm.

Every organization having business nature, always work for profitability, ultimate goal is to become better more and more. Ethical work place issues is whole the responsibility of the government, in order to punished through well defined set laws place by the constitution. The main purpose to make well structured laws for the wrong doers of the workplace is that the way people posses their character or misuse of authority in the work place basically affecting the whole society, because society made up of these all people. The one of the biggest ethical problem posses by the organization nowadays, that is Sexual harassment, it has been a past record as well as it is also happening with frequent rate in today's world. This is assured that it will be occurring in future may with more increasing rate. If corrective measures and proactive stand are not taken then the result will be pathetic, costly, poor productivity, lost employees morale, and ultimate public image of the organization will surely be eroded. Organization may posses with well stated polices in order to prevent unlawful acts, and make better workplace with best practices and behaviors. But unfortunately, such polices and standards not met with the criteria defined, and that's the causes of organizations prone. If good ethical laws not are implemented by organization then there will legal issues be arise and that will be not healthy for any kind of business.

Harassment in workplace, can be defined as if someone submits or rejects to the conduct which implicitly or explicitly affecting the employees. Sexual harassment basically to make someone's feel frightened and make workplace hostile and offensive to them. if a proper conduct be implemented, then employee may feel freely and comfortable, and its essential for the employee to report to harasser that due to all this circumstances he cannot be able to work and may stop his work immediately.

Sexual harassment may not relate to the opposite sex gender but it can be of the same sex. Anyone in the work environment may be harassed; it can be due to superiors, colleague, peers, suppliers, manager, or vendors.
