Introduction

It has been seen that children's ability to learn a new language is exceptional. Everyone more or less agrees to this statement, but on the other hand, no one really knows why children have this ability and why they are able to develop and learn a new language. One theory that has been put forward by Noam Chomsky that they have this language learning organ that helps them to learn and adapt to some of the different languages that are the part of the human life.
