Introduction

Excellence school for children is known for providing innovative and quality education to students of the country since its inception. Over the years, the management of excellence school is efficiently running two programs that are daily program and independent program (Newstead et al, 2001). The daily program of the school provided quality education to normal student from 8 am -2pm, five days a week. Quality of education provided in normal program is entirely dependent on the student positive attitude, and its relationship with the instructors.

Because of large classroom strength, it is impossible for the instructor to provide individual guidance during the class. Thus, it is the role of students to establish a strong communication network with teachers, appropriate relationship with other students for the accomplishment of school task, and to increase the level of focus, and concentration towards gaining of knowledge (Wermert et al, 2012). In addition to this, instructors of Excellent School for Children ensure their complete support in assessing the performance of student in class, providing him guidance through email, in their office, or arranging of extra sessions, and most importantly, instructors of our school focus on nourishing the skill of student by engaging them in diversified activities (Weiler & Cray, 2011).

Whereas Excellence school for children consider independent study program as the integral part of education system, as it played a vital role in enhancing the skills of students, by engaging them diversified innovative activities, and encouraging them towards the concept of self study (Travis & Coon, 2005). Students enrolled in this program needs to interact with the instructors of their course at least once in a week. In addition to these programs, Excellence service schools is also known for enhancing the life style of problematic children that are enrolled under grade 6-12.

Because of providing quality educational services Excellence school for children is able to enroll on average 500 students in all of his programs. Total population of this school belongs to upper middle, and rich families of diversified communities. Further, from the time of its existence until now the school has able to create a niche for itself and as a result is able to induct student from across the country, and international students (Sprague & Walker, 2005). Excellence school for children is located in the center of California and is surrounded with eco-friendly environment that encourage parents from across the country to send their children for quality education.

Structure of school comprises of large rooms with a capacity of 40 students, separate laboratories of each department, auditorium, and playgrounds of football, basketball, and baseball. Despite of providing quality education to student, school over the years has faced certain safety issues that has raised question over their ability of providing safety environment to children, and staff working in the school.
