Attendance Management System is software created for daily student attendance in educational institutions, collages and institutes. If facilitates to access the attendance learning of an individual student in an individual class. The learning is sorted by the operators, which will be granted by the trainer for an individual class. This system will also assist in evaluating attendance eligibility criteria of a student.

 

Purpose

The purpose of creating attendance management system is to computerized the tradition way of taking attendance. Another purpose for creating this software is to generate the journal without thinking at the end of the session or in the between of the session.

 

Scope

The scope of the project is the system on which the software is installed, i.e. the project is created as a desktop submission, and it will task for an individual institute. But resultant on the project can be corrected to operate it online.

Overview

Attendance Management System basically has couple main modules for proper functioning:

?         First module is admin which has right for writing space for novel batch. Any way in of novel faculty, updation in subject if necessary, and sending notice.

?         Second module is handled by the user which can be a faulty or an operator. User has a right of taking in daily attendance, producing report. Attendance can be extracted in couple ways:

 ?   On the basis of Subject and month.

?   On the basis of Class.

 

Feasibility of the Proposed System

 Economic Feasibility

The system being created is fiscal with award to School or Collage's point of view. It is charge very productive in the sense that has eliminated the paper task completely. The system is also time very productive because the calculations are automated which are organised at the end of the month or as per the user requirement. The issue accepted contains minimum faults and are highly correct as the knowledge is required.

 

Technical feasibility

The systematic condition for the system is fiscal and it does not exercise any other Hardware and software.

 

Behavioral Feasibility

The system toiling is fairly easy to exercise and learn due to its basic but gorgeous interface. User requires no special training for operating the system.

?         User Friendly: The planed system is user friendly because the retrieval and storing of knowledge is speedy and knowledge is safeguarded efficiently. Moreover the graphical user interface is granted in the planed system, which provides user to trade with the system very easily.

?         Reports are basically generated: Reports can be basically produced in the planed system so user can generate the journal as per the condition (monthly) or in the midst of the session. User can give the identify to the scholars so he/she become regular.
