Introduction

This paper will be analyzing the article named, “Effects of Serious Mental Illness and Substance Abuse on Criminal Offenses for analysis”, written by John Junginger, Keith Claypoole, Ranilo Laygo, and Annette Crisanti. We will be discussing three points that are important while analyzing the article. The first part is to analyze the components of the research. Second component is to examine the findings and conclusion of the research project. Third component of the analysis is to evaluate the contributions stemming from the research project in relation to the study of criminal behavior.
