Employee's satisfaction related to the work they do when companies provide them proper support in part of their work. Companies look for methods to provide there employee job satisfaction and look for retention of employees. Employees lack of knowledge can create concerns such as low production, increase complains and frictions between the departments with working conditions. Job satisfaction is the most widely studied work attitude in organizational behavior. To understand the influence of emotions on behavior, we need to understand the concept called attitude. Attitudes represent the cluster of beliefs, assessed feelings and behavioral intentions towards a person, object or event.

Job satisfaction is influenced by six factors:

Stress

Leadership

Work Standards

Fair Rewards

Adequate Authority

Research objectives

The research proposal aims to gauge the rate of employee satisfaction in an organization. It intends to establish and analyzing methods to retain employees and formulate policies that result in better employee satisfaction. This study helps us to recommend the best practices to the organization for keeping their valued employees in high regard and esteem.

Importance of Study

Employees are the backbone of any organization. We are embedded in a highly competitive market, which is why companies have realized the importance of attracting and retaining the best employees, and that only trained and capable organization can survive and grow. In this way companies treat their employees like the most important assets that have a great competitive advantage over those who do not.

Employees or "internal customers" are a very important marketing tool, because they deal in many occasions and in professions such as aesthetics even more of the relationship between the establishment and customers. They become the visible face of the organization, a mirror that reflects the values ??of customer-facing business, and largely end up being responsible for customer loyalty. Being aware of this situation, especially for those institutions who wish to remain a role model, is essential. To achieve expected results, an organization must have the commitment of its employees.

Critical Analysis of the Survey

The overall opinion of the respondent regarding Question1 showed that most of the respondents strongly agree or are neutral with the argument posed in Question 1. It means that respondents are strongly agreed that their supervisor encourages my career development.

The opinion for the Question 2, regarding organization encouragement to employees to participate in continuing education showed that that most of the respondent's replied with positive gesture.



The respondents agree regarding the statement of Question 3, that organization makes an effort to put you in a job where you will be successful. However it is observed that they do not have strong feeling regarding the statement.

The opinion of the respondents regarding question 4 showed that most of the respondents agree with the statement. However they do not have strong feeling that there are opportunities in this organization for those who want to advance.

In question 5, respondents strongly agree that supervisors make efforts to identify your strengths and weaknesses.

In question 6, respondents strongly agree they receive high quality of orientation and training received for your current position in the company
