Starting Plot

It is late 1997, the final day of British ruling in Hong Kong. Police, raids at a shipping wharf, lead by inspector Lee. Criminal Lord Juntao is suspect in pursuit. Instead of Juntao, Sang is seen but he succeeds in escaping. Anyhow, inspector Lee manages to recover valuable cultural treasures from Juntao. This achievement is represented by Lee as his farewell for departing seniors, English Commander Griffin and Consul Solon Han.
