Communication is a term whose original meaning is of exchanging information. It can further be defined as a means of mutual communication, information, skills, concepts, ideas, and feelings. This is done through transmission and reception of the actual behavior symbols created by words, gestures, sounds, images, touch. Communication takes place every day and in almost every situation a human passes through. Communicating with other people is a way to get a sense of identity and image creation self, which, like in the mirror is reflected in the messages sent by people around us. By the help of communication, we establish relationships with other people that are around us in our social groups. A human being is a social animal who cannot survive in isolation. Social isolation (the situation of lack of incentives, information) is harmful to our body. This is a major reason behind the start of a process of communication between two persons. By communicating with each other they are able to exchange ideas through words (spoken or written), gestures and paintings (Troutt et.al, 1995). Communication is an integral part of successful business organization, and with the help of modern technologies communication can be transmitted in many ways.

The free and communicative speaking to people, writing letters and of business, or conduct direct talks is sometimes very difficult. It is easy to see that it is not a business day, when not making an offer, promise, or queries. This is one of the problems in business operation. We use the language so often and so unconsciously that we do not know to what extent we are successful in this. Certainly this phenomenon is so complex that it cannot be confined within the framework of one definition. Certainly, it is irreversible - in the sense that it cannot be undone or repeated, so it is very important to be aware of the rules governing communication, we can avoid mistakes and to communicate effectively.
