Coco Cola is one of the most well known and recognized brands in the context of the global business sector. The US based company has been able to become of one of the most prominent brands of all time, by building on its high quality products and a strong consumer base on a global scale. The quality of the products and the unique branding style is the strategic advantage that the organization enjoys over the rest of the competitive brands, and this is why the company has an ample global consumer base that are strictly loyal to the Coco Cola brand. Although the company was founded in the US, it can no longer be identified as solely an American organization, because its shares are owned by shareholders belonging to diverse nationalities and the company has sizeable manufacturing and production units all over the globe. The organization also has a strong presence in the European countries, and the Coco Cola UK company contributes a considerable stream of revenues for the specified region.

The Coca Cola Company was established in the year 1886, and currently the brand has been able to attain a cult following among the global consumers. Although the organization has a unique strategy of introducing a wide range of soft drink related products to different consumer markets that they enter on a global scale; the primary product of the company has always been the signature Coca Cola drink. The formula for the drink is standardized, and the same product is launched all over the global market. Marketing and product standardization is a predominant strategy of the organization; despite the emphasis on also focusing on the regional culture and introducing market oriented line of products. The management at the company believes that the Coca Cola brand has a universal appeal, and the global market highly recognizes the signature style of the brand. Hence the company should not seek to deviate too much form the traditional marketing and branding approaches and maintain a stable strategy. This is the reason why the Coco Cola brand logo has virtually remained unchanged over the massive history of the company, however on the other hand the logo of the closest competitors of the company, Pepsi has been altered on multiple occasions over the years.
