Introduction

The world in which we live is moving at rapid and fast pace. The reason because of which the life and the world have adopted this fast and furious pace is the technological advancements and methodological updates. This in turn has increased the competition. In the business arena, the competition is of ct throat and fierce. In this competition, it is increasingly important for the organizations to hire employees that would lend a hand to them to attain competitive advantage. In order to hire right, effective and efficient employees the recruitment department adopts variegated techniques. One such method is of testing. The aim and objective of this paper is to discuss the concept of role of testing in selection of employees.
