Role of Manager and Organizational Theory

People who are responsible for taking initiatives and leading towards that goal are called managers, and the group of function they perform is called management. It can also be defined as the process of undertaking all the activities and tasks by managers for the sole reason of completing an activity or achieving the organizational or departmental goals. Managers are also responsible for the performance of those who are under their supervision and it is their responsibility to make them strive harder for the departmental or organizational objective.
