A church leader has to be humble and responsible towards treatment of people, so as to assure the universal good. Such diversity plays two fundamental roles, firstly, it leads to yield a requirement for expanding ethical horizon and tolerances against different faiths, and secondly, it adds to the social science studies of mankind. A church leader has to develop tolerance that inspires his attendees and other religions and faiths.

The concept of cross-cultural dimension for religion encompasses of same faith prevailing in different locations, and yearning mankind to the different practices. Faith practices vary from culture to culture irrespective of equivalency of commandments. Religions are broadly divided into westernized and non-westernized faiths and practices. The role of a church leader is to advocate the commonalities, as well as, assure that people from different cultures are adherent to basic paradigms of a particular faith.
