In a society of complete equality in all things between men and women, the teachings of Bible allow men to be a minister and leader is not well-liked by majority of the populace. Several feminist groups criticize this statement and consider it as an obsolete. The argument about whether a woman is authoritative to be a minister continues to deepen. Though there are limited historical examples for it, much today declare that either men or women may be leaders. All over the centuries, Christian theologians have study on this matter, and the predominance of them has concluded that the pastoral role is solely assign to men. In the current debate of gender roles, there is a need for clear thinking about what the Bible says. Additionally, many Christian churches have formally approve women as priest in the church. Churches presently show a discrepancy together in their approach and manner of leadership.

The cathedral of England began to allow women in the authority of the church in 1994, and voted in 2006 to allow ordination of female pastors in spite of disagreement from some Anglo-catholic groups. However, the query remains is this in accordance with the teachings of Bible? My point of view; to this query is, women should not be in the authority of leaders in the church. The rationale behind this account is precise representation of the biblical paradigm. In the cathedral, there are several talented female who are better in speaking and teaching than many men.Though, it is not the talent that is the concern, only God's command and teachings of Bible which matters most. An individual can not come up to God's expression with a societal plan, and create it well in accordance with his or her wants. Instead, one must modify and adjust to it.

It is important to originate basic truths from the Bible. Firstly, Bible is God-breathed. It is not the effort of mankind who just write down about things of God. Every single expression of the Bible is written in accordance with God's will. God is aware of the whole thing. He cannot be astonished by anything in the entire universe. Nowadays widespread approach to deal with complicated things in this complex world is just that if it is not easy to adopt then just do not take into account. This is not an alternative to deal with complexities. God did not mean to make Bible hard to comprehend, but to be so easy even a child can understand it.
