Introduction

From the time we start going to school, and as we go through our entire journey we tend to realize that each step, each process tends to make us more complete. This cycle tends to continue and never comes to a halt as we strive for better throughout our life. As humans it is in our Structure to pursue for the better and in the process we tend to eradicate and redevelop our misconceptions and opinions. Our opinions tend to formed through our experience and our surroundings, therefore the decisions we take are also based upon that. In the context of this paper I would rather highlight my goal in the beginning before making any progress in the context of this paper. As I stated earlier that the goal of every individual is to be more complete and better equipped to face the challenges of the world. I would like to pursue my graduate studies in order to interpret my understanding for the subject in a much more structured way.

Discussion

Any Individual, who decides to enter the nursing field, tends to do it in order to practically do something for the society. Sitting in an Air Conditioned office with high salaries and we tend to speak on the steps to improve the life of the people. Can we improve the life of the people through this way or by doing something practically? I was not an exception but after my thirty years of experience I have realized that the society does not need better nurses, there are many excellent nurses working in the field and facilitating patients.
