Just Say No" was an advocating crusade, part of the U.S. "War on Drugs", common throughout the 1980s and early 1990s, to disappoint young children from engaging in recreational pharmaceutical use by proposing diverse modes of saying no. (Elliott, 1993) Eventually, this furthermore amplified the realm of "Just Say No" to aggression, premarital sex, and any other "vices" that juvenile persons might try. The slogan was conceived and championed by First Lady Nancy Reagan throughout her husband's presidency.
