Introduction

This paper is an analytical review of a scholarly (peer-reviewed) journal related to my field of interest. As my field is nursing, therefore, I selected a nursing article from the database of University Library. The title of the article is “Nursing Home Quality, Staffing, and Malpractice Paid-Losses”, published in 2011.
