Introduction

Response to Intervention (RTI) is a way to help all students learn. Three times year students are evaluated on math, reading and behavior to identify students who need help to succeed academically and socially. RTI offers students help early to prevent failure long-term academic and promote a safe learning environment (Bender & Shores, 2007). Each school district teaches the plan besides regular study provide special assistance when students in need. In Level 1 (base) all students receive instruction in math, reading and behavior. This is the base of the pyramid. It assesses the progress of student several times a year and includes assessments required by the state. Teachers adapt the instruction to the needs of diverse students. Level 2 (medium): Students with problems to learn the core curriculum are special help (Haager, Klingner & Vaughn, 2007; Jimerson, Burns & VanDerHeyden, 2007). Students are assisted in small groups while participating in the curriculum principal. Progress is monitored more closely. Level 3 (above): Some students will need more help than at Level 2. At Level 3 this Students earn them individual assistance or small groups. Education may be considered especially if RTI is unsuccessful. The majority of the Officers of education have yet received very little training to enable them to work with students who exhibit challenging behaviors in school district (Clark & Alvarez, 2010). This is true both for teachers and for school district principals. Nevertheless, it remains their responsibility to teach these young people, enabling them to make the learning necessary for academic success. So what to do?

This approach aims to better meet the needs of a child in need and facilitate social inclusion. The RTI is most often used by school districts to record the actions to be taken to implement RTI to help a pupil to progress at school district. It describes the rationale, objectives, resources, timelines and responsible interventions (Glover & Vaughn, 2010). The RTI plan based on needs assessment of the person. It targets at-risk students (learning difficulties, behavioral or other). It sets up such a document to formalize the procedures that the team will implement to support the student. It promotes the role of each stakeholder, we individualized RTI, and promotes participation of the child and his family.
