The model presents entrepreneurship as a system that is based on Social Factors, Financial Factors and the Professional Work Environment. All the motivational factors work together to support the activity of Women Entrepreneurship. As far as the women in UAE are concerned, they face a number of challenges on the way to their empowerment.
