The purpose of this study is to investigate & develop the strategy to address Reluctance of UAE nationals entering labour market & to build the strategy to address knowledge exchange between UAE nationals & expatriates. However, this study will concentrate on cultural, social & economic impact, human capital such as skills, education, experience, gender & Human resource management especially when government started to implement Emiratisation policy that aims to encourage Emirati graduates to enter workforce in both private & government sectors to reduce number of expatriate labour & increase employment rate of nationals. (M.Neelofer, V.Helen and C,Bal. 2009) . Emiratisation is an initiative of the United Arab Emirates to employ its citizens in a meaningful and professional manner in the public and private sector. The expatries working in UAE more than nationals. The Emiratisation giving opportunity to young peoples of UAE in large scale opportunities. Companies now giving more employments to emiratis and campus interviews are the main source of recruiting methods. Giving better living condition to emiratis is the main aim of emratisation.
This research contributes to employ emiratisation to UAE citizens in efficient manner in public and private sector. The main aim of this Emiratisation is reduce expatries labour force. Another goal of this Emiratisation is reduce unemployment in UAE. UAE is a rich country because of the oil and gas. The natural resources make the gulf countries rich. But most of citizens are unemployed. They have no good jobs and other nations' employees working in UAE and they making profit to their home countries. It also makes a high opportunity for all citizens of UAE to be employed in all means in first priority basis for all government organizations. UAE started Emiratisation in 1997 (Wayne, 2001, 19).
