Purpose of research study

This article explores how far the Criminal Justice is able to facilitate its clients, and up to which extent the client will be receiving assistance from the criminal justice courts in the specified case of New Labor project which arouse in the Thatcher era. The peer-reviewed article we have chosen here talks about the traditional, social and democratic approach to public services in accordance with the criminal justice ordinance.

Article adopted a policy on how the criminal justice network was dismantled; explanatory notes are also given in accordance with the different consumer graphics methods. One article present in New Labor's public service reform has been a recurring theme of the services provided to the clients and consumers or the response which is recorded by the users of these services intended for the customers. This paper uses content analysis to explore the consumption of British criminal justice policy and narrates the responses of selected members of the network (the Prime Minister, Ministry of the Interior and Local Government). The report talks about the terms of customers and consumers to use anything less than their relationship with the alleged criminal justice victims and engage them in other public services. When observed closely the law-abiding citizens are mostly the victims and witnesses, which is the main focus of public service in order to encourage them to co-operate. Customer orientation is mainly on regulating the police service, to encourage more co-productive behavior. The hypothesis of the study is that consumerism will be underdeveloped in criminal justice compared to other public services. (Needham, 2009)

The design of the study

This article focuses on central and local governments at all levels of the network members; the Prime Minister, the Federal government departments and local authorities. Empiric data from prime minister, the federal command of the department, from the newspaper and the local government's comprehensive plan is taken to generate a subtle and analytical argument.

Operational Study

Consumer-oriented services can be understood within the scope of what is' in the agency'-by labor in the post-modern reworking of traditional society, the welfare state and social democratic values are part of the context of broader efforts of Thatcher era. New Labor era is politically inclined, and so does the criminal justice system, involving 'an orthodox version of Marxism to accept the new era of paper' from the social democratic tradition dilemma posed by the reaction of the New Right; information technology, the global economy, or risk Community to give objective facts or processes to facilitate the criminal justice system. Quantitative Research Design

The research is quantitative as the data collected is in number units and percentages. From a federal government's command file the quota sample is collected covering the period from year 1997 to 2005.
