Remember the Titans

Introduction

In the movie Remember the Titans Gerry and Jules worked to overcome the racial exits and solved their useless conflict thereafter. They came to develop an astonishing friendship built of confidence and respect. They thereafter learned how to appreciate the significance to trust a man for whom they are as anybody rather than the color of their skin.

Analysis of the film remember the titans

Early in the film Gerry and Jules would not recognize another, they were like enemies. When they looked at one the other it was with hatred and fear. They lived their separated own lives, with their own race, and refused to act one on the other with the other. (Hocker, 52) If they communicated in a civil way with the other race it was like making terrible a sin. They were treated with such an ignorance and hatred. They could not hold each other and did not hate the acted manner the other.

The majority of time they approached their conflict with the action to avoid. The action to avoid can be characterized like, contradicted conflict, changing and avoiding matters, being evasive, and joking rather than treating the current conflict (Hocker, 52). They did not want to establish their differences. Instead of that they chose to avoid the matter and not to treat the fact that they were of a different race. When Gerry and Jules discovered that they were going to be on the same football team they did not want to consider the possibility. (Hocker, 52) They both if were limited and obstinate which had like consequence neither one nor the other seeing the other side of the things. It seemed so that these two players become friends and for forget their racism. While they matured while the adults and narrower they became, more than they forgot their differences and more they defended their friendship. They were too given to let their team-members hold them behind. They would prove to be large friends and models for their team and the community. (Rene, 15)

Most of the difference was overcome by the dialogue. First of all they had very little but with time they could develop together. The dialogue differs from the usual conversation because although you can hate what another person recommends, you listen and always work to evaluate the person (page 232). Their aversions were transformed into tastes and their not very common conversation transformed into intimate conversation.

When Gerry and Jules were considered brothers whom they carried out how much they meant between them and they were thus honored and proud to be a true friend between them. It was unthinkable, but the problem that if they wanted to play football they had to surmount these obstacles, thus did not leave them much choice. (Rene, 15) On the camp they would spend the days together but neither one nor the other of them made an effort remain.
