ABSTRACT

In this research study, the researcher tries to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and employees' turnover rate. The main focus of the research is on employees' turnover rate and employees' jobs satisfaction of star bucks. The research describes the factors which have an impact on the employees' job satisfaction and less employee turnover rate. In this research the questionnaire and interview techniques were used and findings proved that there is a strong relationship between employees' job satisfaction and their turnover rate and star bucks' employees are more satisfied with their job and their turnover rate is low. Start bucks is taking care of its employees and the responses by the respondents have proven that the employees are very much satisfied with their companies motivational a strategies and job tasks and that is the reason the turnover rate is less and its getting lesser with every passing year. Thus, it can be concluded that the there is a strong relationship between job satisfaction and employee turnover. The more employees get satisfied with the job the less the employee turnover rate would be. The Star bucks' has less employee turnover rate and this shows that employees are more satisfied with their jobs.
