ABSTRACT

In this research study, the researcher tries to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and employees' turnover rate. The main focus of the research is on employees' turnover rate and employees' jobs satisfaction of star bucks. The research describes the factors which have an impact on the employees' job satisfaction and less employee turnover rate. In this research the questionnaire and interview techniques were used and findings proved that there is a strong relationship between employees' job satisfaction and their turnover rate and star bucks' employees are more satisfied with their job and their turnover rate is low.

CHAPTER 4: FINDINGS AND ANALYSIS

The research study findings were extracted out from the interview and questionnaire responses from the managers and employees of star bucks. The research questions were analyzed by considering the responses of the questionnaire as well as from the interview responses by the employees and HR managers of star bucks.

Descriptive analysis of Questionnaire

This section deals with the detailed data analysis of the questionnaire. The data has been collected from employees through a structured questionnaire. The data has been collected and passed through various tests in data analysis software called Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 17.0.

The above table shows the gender distribution of the respondents of the questionnaire. The table shows the number of males and females in terms of percentage and head count. The tables shows that males comprised of 43 percent of the total sample and females comprised of 56 percent of the total sample size. The percentages show that females are more than men in star bucks coffee.

According to the survey, maximum number of people had working experience ranging from 4 to 7 years. All the other categories of working experience have 25 respondents each. The percentages show that majority of the employees there had an experience of more than 4 years.
