Introduction

Imagine if more than 6.5 billion inhabitants of the planet were equal. Would not be fun, right? Diversity is one of the greatest assets of human beings on the planet and the existence of different individuals in a city, a country, with their different cultures, ethnicities and generations make the world becomes more complete.

There are two main concepts which are widely used in the domain of Learning & Education. The two major approaches which sometimes becomes hindrance in continuing education for children are as follows:

To defend the rights of citizenship, children, adolescents, the elderly, minorities and persons with disabilities, inclusion programs are developed and put into practice the principles in statutes. Diversity is one of the fundamental values of our century. Diversity is color, culture, wealth, trade, growth, needs and part of the history of every man. Often, however, these differences appear to be a reason of discontinuation in education for the foreign and other students.

In all educational institutions there is diversity and, unfortunately, the school is not prepared to accept and deal with these differences. In the current context, the educator who cannot form relationships, who feels unable to receive and accept the differences, keep in lethargy, the accommodation, making it one is indifferent to differences.

It is essential that the educator is open to working with different, you know I heard it, which is aware of its responsibility to the other, to treat you with respect, so that they - educator and students, to walk together where no human worlds completely ignorant nor human worlds that do not need to learn more, but yes, they are different and seek to learn more, evolving according to their abilities and experiences.
