Social Learning Theory
Social learning theories can be seen as a behavioral approach in social context that focuses on the mutual interaction between cognitive and behavioral determinants (MCYS, 2010). The social learning theory of Albert Bandura is a useful tool to understand the diverse range of children behaviors. If the Social Learning theory of Albert Bandura is analyzed, it can be seen that behavior modeling plays a significant role in developing aggression in any individual. Bandura argues that there is very little evidence for children who inherit violent tendencies (Isom, 1998). He claims that aggression in individual is developed through modeling. According to Bandura, children observe others and receive aggressive tendencies where media is an attractive force of observation for people.
Interaction Theory
This theory emphasizes on the interplay within biological factors and environmental factor in the cycle of language acquiring. The theory perceives children as having abilities of predisposing to acquire any particular language in biological manner. if we compare the integrationists theory with Nativist theory, it can be concluded that this theory emphasizes the importance of social contexts learning of language is instructed in a child and the social support which is provided by parents to the learners (young children).
