PART A

Background

The research study has conducted on the Ugandan women because the region has adversely affected due to HIV/AIDS disease. This serious issue has weakened their health factors and several other things that are directly or indirectly associated with this health issue. For this, the researchers have explored their main issue by targeting the respondents of Ugandan women. The respondents that have selected for this study are 1479. The survey has conducted for evaluating the main cause and develops an approach to a HIV/AIDS Intervention/Education program for countries in central Africa, including Uganda.

Research Question

Research question is always effectual for the investigator to analyze the main epitome of the research. In this health issue, which has critically based on Uganda women the research question is defined as:

Q. Which specific subpopulation (group) should be targeted for an HIV/AIDS intervention/Prevention/Education Program?

H0: The approach of subpopulation should be targeted for identifying HIV/AIDS prevention and education program is not effective.

H1: The approach of subpopulation should be targeted for identifying HIV/AIDS prevention and education program is effective.

In this research study, The Ugandan women are highly affected to HIV/AIDS issue because they hardly used precautions that help them to save from this serious health problem. Through questionnaire, several questions were asked related to the respondents profile and their health issue. The demographic data is always effectual for the investigators to analyze it accordingly and can make meaningful decisions on behalf of this. In this study, the demographic data includes age group, marital status, religion, and region. The remaining variables have comprised related to their issues and experience and getting involve in this health issue(Xie & Kang, 2013).

The variables are regions, age at first sexual intercourse, age group, place of residence, and use of condom. This may help the researchers to evaluate the main factors due to which HIV/AIDS have excessively covered in almost all regions of Uganda especially women. The selected variables are Regions, Age at first marriage and Age at First Sexual Intercourse. The correlation cannot be possible at this age because there are several variables that have involved for identifying the main region, but correlation only evaluate the factors by using two variables such as dependent and independent.

One-Way ANOVA

The Statistical method which is an analysis of variance for comparing sample means. It allows using three variables and evaluating their relationship. In this Ugandan based data, age at first marriage and age at first sexual intercourse help the researcher to compare with regions. It is also helpful for evaluating at which region highest HIV/ADS have affected patients.
