Introduction
Quality management is the means of ensuring the efficient and effective design of work processes that validate client's needs, plan and design product life cycle, and produce and deliver the service. Quality management involves measuring the efficiency of all work practices, the continuous improvement of the services and analysis of the services and practices associated with delivering, of the services, to the clients. The paper aims to discuss the quality assurance processes and procedures for the assessment and evaluation of the satisfaction levels of clients, in the hair and beauty sector, and the working practices. For this purpose, the paper aims to undertake quality assurance procedures in order to facilitate provision of the assessment and evaluation of client's satisfaction and working procedures by analysing the quality assurance requirements in the salon, complaints procedures, surveys conducted for measuring client satisfaction, evaluation of the conducted survey, recommendation modifications to client services and working practices following the survey, development and monitoring procedures of the client care quality management and the factors requires for continuous improvement of services.
