This includes the tests and surveys that need to be conducted. For example, in conducting a survey for health promotion initiative of my workplace, I would like to include a few variables. These variables would include exercising, healthy diet, low fat intake, intake of fresh juices, intake of things that cleans the body system as well as the heart, etc. these variables are the basis of my quantitative research and would prove to be highly important in determining the quantitative data of the survey.

For example, I choose 50 workers to fill out the survey form that includes these variables. These people would be asked relevant questions and would have to answer eventually. In addition to that, it is important to note that their answers would be analyzed by making use of a scale. This is generally known as the quantitative data which is collected.
