In today's drastically altering world, answers to this inquiry would alter from individual to individual and homeland to country. Some would state, government is here to defend us. Others would state, government is here to supply communal services or defend personal property. While those promise responses may help us to glimpse one-by-one localities of a general objective, we should gaze nearer at the underlying values of government to actually response the question. The purpose of government is to defend the one-by-one privileges of its citizens. Since privileges can be assaulted both inside a homeland or out-of-doors of it, the government should deal with either threat. This needs an armed detachment for protecting against of the homeland, and a policeman scheme to defend the one-by-one people from other persons inside the country. (Wertheimer, 1975) To double-check that privileges are supported correctly, the judgment of the use of force should be objective. Since persons engaged in an occurrence are not expected to be target, it is the government's job to referee the one-by-one use of force by its citizens. For this cause, the government should supply a court system. Laws are the devices by which the court concludes if a use of force is legitimate or not. The purpose of government is to encourage personal start in an affirmative kind in furtherance of the widespread good. This is the base of a government that double-checks the inherent dignity of man, a dignity made manifest in the feature of its free and mature people.

Government has the right to set directions and guidelines that should request to every individual, even the manufacturers of the rules. There right should furthermore continue to enforcing some pattern of penalty for those who do not adhere. I don't believe that government should continue ...
